1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier partner, location, weather, or government regulations.

4. Perfume Shipping Safety

Perfumes are fragile and flammable liquid products, so we:

  • Use leak-proof, protective packaging
  • Follow courier safety regulations for fragrances
  • Ensure bottles are securely sealed before dispatch

However, minor box wear due to transit does not qualify as damage.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Occasional free shipping offers may apply.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier partner details via SMS or email

You can track your shipment online until delivery.

7. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal of COD order

The order may be cancelled and shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Damaged or Leaking Products

If your perfume arrives:

  • Leaking
  • Broken
  • Damaged

You must:

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid phone number
