RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Prive Parfum, we take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. No Return for Opened or Used Products

Perfumes are personal care and hygiene products.
For safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or
  • The product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

3. How to Report an Issue

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: info@priveparfum.in

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

Claims without proof may be rejected.

4. Return Approval

Once verified:

  • We will approve a replacement or refund
  • Return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

After inspection:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Fragrance not liked
  • Wrong fragrance chosen by customer
  • Slight packaging wear due to transit
  • Delayed delivery
