RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Prive Parfum, we take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.
1. No Return for Opened or Used Products
Perfumes are personal care and hygiene products.
For safety and hygiene reasons:
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only if:
- You receive a wrong product, or
- The product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken
3. How to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: info@priveparfum.in
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos and an unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Claims without proof may be rejected.
4. Return Approval
Once verified:
- We will approve a replacement or refund
- Return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
After inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before shipment only
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
8. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Fragrance not liked
- Wrong fragrance chosen by customer
- Slight packaging wear due to transit
- Delayed delivery
